We cordially invite you to connect with a diverse group of health professionals from around the country when you exhibit at AMERSA’s 35th Annual National Conference. Your exhibit provides an excellent opportunity to present information on your organization and develop new contacts. Conference participants will visit the displays throughout the day and during the welcome reception, poster session, continental breakfasts, and morning and afternoon breaks. If you are interested in exhibiting, please complete the application form and return it along with your payment. Tabletop exhibits are on a first-come, first serve basis. Fees must be paid in advance and are nonrefundable.
Exhibit Fees and Policies
Tabletop Exhibit: One 6’ x 30’’ skirted table, two chairs, and one wastebasket is provided for each tabletop exhibit. Additional equipment such as electricity, internet, etc. is available at an additional cost, and should be negotiated with the hotel’s audiovisual services provider in advance of the conference. Expenses for additional needs will be the responsibility of the exhibitor.
Each tabletop exhibit entitles the exhibiting company to ONE complimentary registration per exhibitor, which includes attendance at educational sessions and luncheons, along with a listing in the program booklet.
Resource Table: An opportunity to display your materials on a display table in the registration area. This can include books, magazines, conference announcements, giveaways, or any other free materials. Materials will be displayed at the start of the conference and replenished as needed. Additionally, you will be listed in the program booklet.
Tabletop Exhibit ...................................$ 500.00

Resource Table......................................$ 250.00
(An opportunity to ship 200 copies of materials you would like to provide to the membership free of charge. This can include books, magazines, conference announcements or any other free materials. Materials will be displayed at the start of the conference and replenished as needed.)

Cancellation Policy
- Exhibitors withdrawing or cancelling an application on or before August 1, 2012 will forfeit 25% of the total cost paid.
- Exhibitors cancelling after August 1, 2012, but on or before September 30, 2012, will forfeit 50% of the total cost paid.
- Exhibitors cancelling after September 30, 2012, will forfeit 100% of the total cost paid.

Security Requirements:
Neither AMERSA nor the Double Tree Hotel will assume liability for loss of merchandise or damage to exhibitor’s property. The exhibitor assumes the entire responsibility and liability for losses, damages, and claims arising out of injury or damage to exhibitors’ displays, equipment, and other property brought on the premises of the hotel and shall indemnify and hold harmless AMERSA, the Double Tree Hotel, their agents, servants, and employees from any and all such losses, damages, and claims.
